Maybe they are like Care First, we asked back in December where were the invoices. They said they had been prepared but not yet mailed. Well we got them Jan 2 and payment was due Jan 4. Since the office is local we mailed the checks Jan 2. Then we get invoices that they claimed were prepared Jan 1 and no acknowledement of our payment. So I wrote up a nastygram for Florence to include with payment - but payment only for the Jan part. Oh yes private industry is so very efficient.
Geez Mike get a life.
