And if I might provide a reminder...the plan changes, the doctor changes, the policy adjustments, but most of all the reduction in available doctors and medical groups in certain geographic areas is being generated by the for-profit insurance industry as a way for them and for the same for-profit medical groups to maintain their profit margins (they like to call it "cost control") under the new law.
So Obama's plan to bring down cost will happen and the ignorant American public needs to decide who it's pissed off at. IMO we should be pissed off at the insurance industry and the medical profession...FOX/EIB addicts will be pissed off at the Kenyan anti-colonialist.
