My uncle told me that he read in the Wall Street Journal a couple years' back that as of then, there was NOTHING made in America that couldn't be made a lot cheaper in China...I have a little experience w/OSHA, EPA & those guys. At first, OSHA was openly antagonistic to industry... They shot first, asked questions later. Their inspectors were fresh kids, most of whom really didn't know how things actually work. Furthermore, all they could do was to write up violations & fines-they weren't allowed to tell employers where they were going wrong-or how to try to fix things.
