If Boehner thinks that the majority of the House will back his position, he should hold the vote and see. That would certainly get him the negotiations that he wants.

Of course the Republicans want to reopen and pay the bills. At a budget we can afford.
The Speaker and all the Republicans are on the job willing to negotiate. Yesterday
The President "called", didn't get his way so he goes on tv lashes out at everyone
and threatens our financial well being. That was the most distasteful speech I have ever
heard coming from a President. We deserve an apology for that.
