IMO, O'Mara screwed the pooch when he put Trayvon's dad, Tracey Martin on the stand and tried to put words in his mouth. I don't think this case is much about evidence. Not much is in dispute.
This case is more a cultural debate. Is it OK to "over protect" oneself to the point of causing the murder of an innocent or is it insane to allow such over reach?
