The point I was going after was the one, we attempt to control the spread of some types of weapons for countries. Why is this?
If another country were to "stand their ground" and attack another for a perceived threat preemptively. So should not any country be able to hae any weapon available to protect themselves?
But no we have figured out not all countries are responsible or reasonable. So how are citizens any different with guns?
