Correction, the WaPo publishes his crap, he only works for himself. And the knowledgeable Mr. Hicks spent half of his testimony telling Congress just how effing brilliant he is. Regardless of that brilliance he does not know more about troop movements that the officer in charge. He knows even less about F-16s.
