I call other whites at work "redneck" and "honkey" at times. The blacks think it's funny-----but don't repeat it.
I think that's just how it works.
And, I suspect that Walter Williams guy is either full of shit or stupid. He probably hasn't had to deal with racism as nasty and downright deadly as it can be----when it's tolerated.
