Interesting side note; A rightwinger female friend of mine posted to face book that she's found a "bulletproof backpack" online. "It's real cute, it has hearts and unicorns on it." She says. So she's getting a couple for her girls.
She seems to think this is the answer over preventing lunatics from obtaining weapons; "bulletproof clothing".

I don't know about you, but, i'd rather go after the root cause then have the kids wearing bullet-proof clothing and riding armored bicycles.

These people truly are out of their minds.
