That's all they told Obama, huh? If that's true, then there's a major scandal of miscommunication or non-communication between the intelligence community and the White House.
- Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick F. Kennedy, who had direct oversight for the staff in Benghazi, called it a terrorist attack on Sept 12.
- Matt Olsen, head of the National Counterterrorism Center, testified on Sept. 19 that it was a “terrorist attack.”
- Jay Carney, September 20, said that it is self-evident that what happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.
- Hillary Clinton on September 21 called when happened in Benghazi a terrorist attack.
- Obama's speech to the UN on 9/25/12, where he blames the video (again) for what happened in Benghazi.
- September 27 - Leon Panetta says that Benghazi was a terrorist attack.
Looks like the State Dept and Intelligence folks called it a terrorist attack pretty consistently from the get-go. It looks like it was Obama who continued to insist on blaming the video. Why?
