Credible eyewitness? WTH are you guys on about? I was just relating a story.
I looked for my copy of Shirers' Rise and Fall to satisfy you suddenly source happy lefties. Unfortunately my wife reminded me I gave it to a nieces' boyfriend, who seemed to admire the merchants of death a bit much. So youalls are out of luck
