Well BH I may agree with you on seat belt laws, if you are too effing stupid to wear one let's just call it Darwin in action. They designed air bags to restrain a 150 pond male not wearing a seat belt. As a consequence a 5'-2" woman sitting close to the wheel may well be killed by the air bag.
