The President of the United States happens to be black. The PPACA is one of the signature achievements of his presidency thus far. The use of that term before an exclusively black audience who relates closely to the President for many important reasons was not incidental. It surprises me not at all then that the audience responded negatively to the use of the term 'Obamacare.'
