I didn't realize/remember that one week after their historic appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show in NY, they appeared on his show in Miami,
with a much longer set. Apparently that was about the same time as the Cassius Clay-Sonny Liston Fight. I think that there are a lot of people in my generation nostalgic for the '60s.
EDIT:
I guess it was three weeks in a row. It was kind of funny to hear Ed gushing over their manners, when they were shagging everything in sight during their tour through the states.
