Okay, so if you're right, the SCOTUS can rule the Mandate unconstitutional, a denial of rights and an "unfair taking" and then each of the 50 states, individually, can pass their own versions, depriving their citizens of those same rights?
So, tell me, Pete. Are you a citizen of Ohio or of the United States? Both you say? Well, which takes legal or constitutional precedence?
