No, but that's what Henry IV did to his predecessor, Richard II. Richard was tossed into prison and left to starve.

Henry IV died in bed. For the later part of his life he was afflicted with a terrible skin disease. He also had periodic attacks of some illness or other, the last of which killed him. He was succeeded to the throne by his son, Henry V.

Shakespeare wrote three plays about these two Henrys, "Henry IV, Parts 1 & 2" and "Henry V".
