I guess it's legal since 1992 for women to go topless in NYC. Why on erath is it still a big deal?

I have never understood the anti nudity stuff.

and especially when men can go topless but not women.

Am I missing something or is this just more of religions illness?

I've always thought it should be encouraged, not just allowed. Unfortunately, we have to deal with prudish religious tyrants who would decry it as "immoral".

It's a sad state of affairs that we should have to tolerate such nonsense from these toads in a supposedly "free" country.

"Top Freedom" law means women can take their shirts off wherever it is generally acceptable for men to take their shirts off. Whatever that means.

Some counties and municipalities in green states have restrictive laws for women. They are, in most cases illegal laws in those states, but which most state governments refuse to address.
