Three dead so far in shooting at a Lafayette, LA movie theater shooting. Current TeeVee news has three dead including the gunner who was a 58 year old white male. No name or motive disclosed so far. Shooter shot himself to death. To bad he didn't shoot himself to death first. The police chief just made a statement on FOX with Bobby Jindal standing next to him. Tell us how it's a "tragedy" Bobby. Tell us how we need to get guns out of the hands of criminals and crazy people, and if everybody in the theater had been packing, it would have never happened...you goddamn wanker.

Just fucking great. What this 5 cent cigar needs is a good country.

It is copy cat. A new way of going out. You want to depart for whatever reason, but you do not want to go alone so you take some people with you.

So you finally get some notice...yes some attention.

If only they did not have movie theaters....

To early to tell what this act of gun violence is all about. Could be a targeted killing of an ex and new acquaintance turning into suicide. Old story or something never known or understood. Sad news and the gun nuts will be saying time to arm us all.

One thing is for sure, things like this will keep happening, evermore frequently given the shear amount of easy access to readily available firearms.

No indication of a felony record so far, which would put him in the same category with 99-44/100% of the other mass murderers who aren't "criminals" until after they get their gun and do the deed. But maybe it will turn out that Houser had an illegal gun...I'll feel so much better then.:rolleyes:
