...as of July 15th. I could really give a shit, as I haven't touched the stuff in years. I was reading a bit on it though and came across some FAQ's. This one in particular I found amusing.

Q: If marijuana is legal in Oregon and Washington, can I carry it from one state to the other?
A: No, you cannot take marijuana across state lines.

Back in '86 when we got to the Netherlands/West German border we ate all our leftover hashish and tossed the cheap pipe I bought in Amsterdam in the trash in full view of the W.German border station. They just waved us through.

We've been off the herb since we cleaned ourselves up way back in 1974, but we're still all for it. Wasting tax dollars on marijuana prohibition is as least as stupid as alcohol prohibition was. It's non-physically addictive, it's not a gateway drug, it's a source of tax revenue, and it makes you automatically reduce your speed on the interstate.
