Cantor's Final Bit Of Rightwing Douchebaggery

The fiscal conservative wants the governor of Virginia to schedule a 'special' election.

Good riddance. The GOP's antics are wearing thin in Virginia. It's a wonderful state, despite quite a collection of Bible-thumpery, 'Baggermania and other political douchebaggery.

“That way he will also have seniority, and that will help the interests of my constituents [because] he can be there in that consequential lame-duck session,”
Said Cantor, referring to Brat getting into office early. But if the lame-duck session is expected to be so consequential, shouldn't Cantor stay on, with his 14 years of seniority? Wouldn't that help the constituents a lot more than Brat with a few weeks of it? |
