My apologies to my Repub friends if you think I'm being a little harsh on young Mr. Ryan but after looking at this Ayn Rand loving joker's previous work on budget issues, color me skeptical. How does anyone agree to meet "benchmarks" within a specified time period in an unpredictable world?

As a graduate of Kent State University I can attest how dangerous it is for anyone from a MAC university to actually have power over other peoples lives like Ryan could have (and does). That goes for Michigan State too of course.

What is a MAC university? What is wrong with them?

Searching provided few clues, unless it has something to do with Master of Arts with Secondary Certification programs....
