"So? Sue me!" Pres. Barack Obama

Gotta love the blowhard rightwing nuttery pushing Boner to sue the executive branch over doing their job while they are committing legal malpractice by not doing their jobs.

This is going to be a long hot summer for the 'pubbies in the 'Do Nothing, Know Nothing' house of representatives. I guess a seven percent approval rating isn't low enough for them. ;)

My guess is that he will get a dose of Boner-O-No for his trouble and waste of resources.

Isn't it funny how 234 idiots out of 535 can bring the country to a halt?

I can't wait for vomitus projecti to start leading up to November.

Mebbe you righties oughta ask ol' Newt about how suing and impeaching worked so well the last time out?

Boehner's idea of suing Obama is nothing other than throwing red meat to the 'Baggers who have been hollering for impeachment. Boehner knows full well that there are no grounds for impeachment, so he throws out the silly lawsuit idea just to appease the 'Baggers. It's going nowhere.

Unfortunately it also makes for great campaign rhetoric. Consider a campaign statement, "we are trying (or try) to stop a runaway presidency." Lot more people than just the baggers will fall for a remark like that unfortunately. Obama's comment can be used similar to Bush's "Mission Accomplished"

Not very many people really know how laws are made. Remember the saying "Laws are Like Sausages. Better Not to See Them Being Made". Most people have stayed away I think. So a term "do nothing congress" has limited impact on the public, especially since Congress is below the 10% approval anyway.
