Best I have ever seen out of George, too bad he didn't hit Boner with the fact that he turned down 18 offers of budget conference this year from the dems.

At first I sort of felt sorry for him. But it is clear he is not a cipher.
He is the sort of leader that waits for the bomb to go off or after the firefight has ended.
Then he will emerge from the bushes brush off his suit and tie and then lead from the front again.

Boehner is the type that outlasts the tyrant who executes everybody before getting killed himself. Sort of like Molotov.

A TP Minuteman gubernatorial candidate wondered if the Republicans had become the party of Losers and Traitors down here in Anaheim.

I'm not sure I buy the 'Boehner as Molotov' analogy. Well, maybe the 'survival by keeping your head down' part, but Molotov was a very forceful operative as well, when called-for. Boehner's never shown any sign of that AFAIK.
