New Priorities

My lovely and very intelligent bride came up with an idea, and in looking further, I see it's not a new idea in Europe (where all great ideas come from)

What a great concept. I think it could be taken a lot further though. We could convert all golf courses to urban farms, and the priviledged could spend the time they used to spend selfishly golfing to instead grow crops for the less fortunate. Obama could have single-handedly fed an entire community by now.

NSA can provide all the data, showing who golfs and how much time they've spent doing so in the last, say 5 years. Average the hours and require them to work growing food. Tax their income at 100% if they don't put in their hours for the year.

It's a non-partisan approach, as all flavors of rich slimeballs play golf.

Maybe we could turn every golf course into a capitalist paradise with slave labor producing test tube foods full of chemicals and GMOs while pumping the toxic sludge byproduct directly into the soil?

The beatings will continue until morale improves.:p

You are having a bd day, aren't you?
It's effecting your ability to think clearly- the toxic stuff is included in the test tube foods. Saves the environment.

LOL!

No, my day is improving. It's great to have family and friends that put you back on an even keel, aint it?:)

why not do away with yards and require gardens instead? Many places actually require a yard or landscaping so a garden could be just as easily required (unless you live out here in the desert where it costs more to water than the benefits reaped)

Lovely except the fish farm.
