War Plan Red.
 
I know a plan is simply good policy, even still our contingency for war with Britain drawn in the 20s is extremely interesting.

I'd rec reading the article and not my snips, but the snips are better than nothing ;)

And, now they've sent Piers Morgan in as agent provocateur in a plot to incite the slow witted yet heavily armed Americans to commit insurrection against their own government...............

And, it appears to be working.
