Morning Joe

Does anyone here not watch Morning Joe in the mornings?

Just curious.

I watch it primarily in the mornings when on my exercise bike. I'll switch to CNN, Faux, or ESPN during commercials. Morning Joe is certainly superior to CNN's morning show with Soledad O'Brien and light years better than the insipid Faux and Friends.

Morning Joe is the only one of the three that isn't dumbed down to the point of ridiculousness, though O'Brien's show isn't completely worthless like Faux's. That said, I cannot watch any MSNBC, CNN or Faux programming in the evenings. Gawd-awful.

Oh, and Mika is hot.

Exactly what I expected most everyone here does more or less.

I don't watch TV until the local news about 4:45 or 5:00 PM, then the BBC at 5:30 and PBS Newshour at 6:00 PM. During the day the stereo is tuned to WBJC, local classical music station.

I watch it in the AM when I eat before my commute then I listen a little bit on XMSirius...usually switch over to the BBC World Service after that or the Loft for tunes.
Pretty good show and balanced too. If you do not listen to the BBC World Service you are missing some great news coverage. You can here it on the web as well as the old fashioned short wave radio ...

France24 for about 20 minutes over coffee.

Stephanie Miller on Current TV. Her dad was Barry Goldwater's running mate back in '64.

I always listen to the KCBS AM radio, their news staff is much larger and so has more coverage to offer. Plus almost always John Madden calls and talks with the sports guy at 8:25 and that is always fun and informative.
Sometimes I watch CBS TV in the morning now that Charley Rose is on it and they have a west coast broadcast so it isn't 3 hour old leftovers to start the day with those annoying how to cook a holiday dinner in 2:30.
Plus, no cable here. http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/ima...ies/banana.gifhttp://www.audiokarma.org/forums/ima...ies/banana.gifhttp://www.audiokarma.org/forums/ima...ies/banana.gif

I will listen to Morning Addition and BBC America after seeing the local weather forecast on TV. If I'm in a news state of mind. Most times it is music I listen to in the morning.

Sometimes I listen to her show on Sirrius. I saw her for the first time when she joined Current. She is one good looking
fifty year old. Too bad she is a lipstick lesbian.
