I started reading that chapter from the book you posted yesterday, but I fell asleep.
So far it seems that the author attributes shady work to government incentive without considering any other possibilities or drawing a straight line between the two. Sort of bad science.

Sorry guys it was a server wide problem with our host. Seems to be fixed now.

Thought maybe Janet Napolitano shut it down for being subversive...
