Yep, it seems the Saudi Arabian Real is pegged to the U.S. dollar. It kinda makes sense in that oil is priced in dollars. No biggie.

The amusing thing about published exchange rates is that squib in the link about the $CDN as heading downward, sure is we only got $0.998 this last go round.

Does it move or, is it more accurate to say that it's just not perfectly on the axis of the Earth's rotation? I don't know if there's a way to segway the analogy to exchange rates based on that observation or not.
