OK where were you on 9/11?
 

Where, what how on your first knowing about 9/11.

I was at home under the weather zoned out with the TV on an old movie. A western Blood on the Moon IIRC.
My little sister called frantic telling me to turn on CNN. That was when she still watched CNN. Deep down the Q hole now will not watch FOX a OAN fan...:rolleyes:

Watching as the second plane came in.

They sent the kids home from school and we stopped by the store and got gas.
Had no idea what was going to be in next.

My oldest son was in boot camp up in Great Lakes had left the Wednesday before.

Wild thoughts going on that day!

I was home in bed after a major surgery, drugged up and the TV was on CNN. When I saw the planes hitting the towers (on replay? not sure), I thought I was watching a movie. Needless to say my mind was incoherent then since it was only my second or third day back home with round the clock pain medication.

I was over at the in laws house. I saw the TV from the other room. The first tower with smoke billowing out and thought it was a commercial for some Hollywood disaster pic. Then I came into the room and saw it was the news and it was no movie, it was real.

Getting ready to bring my SO home from hospitalization, turned on the news to get weather.

Was home when it first started, saw the second plane hit the WTC live on CNN.
