The demonstration reported in the OP, with its call by fascists to destroy the GOP, was the declaration of war by the Trumpist Fascist faction. You will note that the conservative movement has been corrupt, adopting dog-whistle racism, voter suppression and pay-to-play corporate welfare. But a new full-blown fascist faction now strives to supplant the regular Republicans. This shows that once you abandon some principles, you open the way for those willing to abandon all of them.
