Question about the alleged "Fraud" and the Supreme Court
 

If the cases in the lower courts are being dismissed for lack of evidence, lack of standing and other all the other reasons, why would the Supreme Court even consider them at all?

The Supreme Court decides what it considers. There's precedent and norms for what sort of things those are, and how they get to the court, but we should understand now that in Trumpistan, precedent and norms aren't very binding.

So how long before the WH petitions the SC to consider it's case? Before or after the certifications are done?
