we called the army to be the first responsible in guarding our forests...no more fires till this days.

Different environment.

It's very, very dry, and very, very windy, thanks to global warming. PG&E hasn't maintained its power lines properly for decades, which then get damaged by the wind, start sparking, and light the very dry grass and trees on fire. The high winds spread the fire quickly.
