A chill down my spine...
 

We watched episode 8 of NatGeo's "Genius" on the DVR tonight. There's a scene where Einstein and Neils Bohr are walking down the street in Berlin in 1927, debating various aspects of particle theory when they walk up to this Hitler poster.

Einstein says, "Did you read his speech from Neuremburg?"

Bohr replies, "He's an egomanical swindler...no one takes him seriously."

It sent a fucking shiver right down my spine.

Trump's speech this morning was pure Bannon, which should twist one's guts as well.

And I read that he bussed in people to cheer for him to ensure a warm welcome.

What's amusing is that the far-right supporters of Trump call those who resist Trump "Fascists." I suppose history isn't their strong suit.

Their only strong suit is whining about being behind some swarthy Muslim or Mexican in the line to get something from the government they hate.

Meanwhile Putin awaits Trump for an intimate meeting. :D
