Defending the indefensible by spewing nonsense.

I wonder at what point(if ever) he will realize how badly his be defensive of the white house reflects on him personally. A fools errand to try, and he is a fool.

It must suck to be them.

It always has, it always will, and they know it. That's a lot of what makes them such pissants.

One of my favorite writers. A number of his earlier books were really funny and smartly written.

The Democrats are the party that says government will make you smarter, taller, richer, and remove the crabgrass on your lawn. The Republicans are the party that says government doesn't work and then they get elected and prove it.

When you looked at the Republicans, you saw the scum off the top of
business. When you looked at the Democrats, you saw the scum off the top
of politics. Personally, 1 prefer business, A businessman will steal from you
directly instead of getting the IRS to do it for him. And when Republicans
ruin the environment, destroy the supply of affordable housing and wreck
the industrial infrastructure, at least they make a buck off it. The Democrats
just do these things for fun.

Gifted but flawed, I would say of PJ O'Rourke. Gifted but flawed.

'Sean Spicer’s angry, lonely defense of Trump’s wiretapping claim, annotated' WP
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.58e4c41ddb53

Just read the transcript at the Post and would've been ROTFLMFAO if he weren't the White House press secretary. I've seen elementary school kids pull off a better 'the dog ate my homework' routine. This punk is so far our of his league, it's ridiculous.
I can't wait for Melissa McCarthy's next performance on SNL. She's going to field dress his sorry ass after she cuts his balls off.

Britain’s GCHQ breaks its silence to slap down claim it was involved in Trump wiretap
Quote:

The agency’s public denial followed a contentious press briefing on Thursday where White House press secretary Sean Spicer insisted that Trump stands by his explosive charge that Obama spied on him during the 2016 presidential election.
This is a direct push back on Spicer. Wonder how he will respond to this, or may be he should simply resign. :)
Quote:

GCHQ is the British equivalent of the National Security Agency and it usually remains tight-lipped on allegations related to intelligence matters — its normal practice is to neither confirm nor deny claims.

But its flat denial in this case suggests it clearly felt it needed to push back against the allegations of Britain’s involvement.
Looking back this is probably one of the dumbest lies by Trump picking on Obama who has a reputation for integrity and respect for the constitution. Birther thing was pure nonsense but this is for real and interesting to see how he will get out of this one.

hold on, hold on, hold on, now wait, remain calm, you are simply mischaracterizing what he said.

I think he hopes it will be forgotten. Hmm - double stupid on his part. He is essentially accusing Obama of an act of treason, something that could rise to a level of a coup. Messing with or manipulating an election by a president is as serious as it gets. The accusation from the POTUS would require full investigation. This isn't going anywhere soon. Maybe it will escalate to a more serious level - I can hope.............
