On Twitter, further down--person quotes TSA saying

1)Counter person thought name suspicious, called TSA to confirm ID. So a bit of delay there.

2) Jewelry set off detector, so he had to be patted down. Bit of a delay there.

They do not cop to actually detaining him in this case. He made the flight.

I thought the constitution guaranteed us the right to travel unmolested by the government. Or is the constitution just a piece of garbage now?

I don't think you have a right, exactly, to board an airplane. but I think you have a right to walk down the street. Recent cases, however, indicate you may in be peril if you try that, even.

Constitutional rights diminish and the security racket begins when you step inside an airport.
