Obama ends "Wet foot, dry foot" policy re Cuba.

Obama has repealed an immigration policy which grants green card status to virtually every Cuban provided that person reaches US land.

It would be interesting to see how Rubio votes on Tillerson now that Trump has a Cuban card.
