Streisand urges Obama to bypass Senate, appoint Supreme Court justice unilaterly
If Obama had a hair on his nutsack he would do this.
But he doesn't.:(
If he did he would have made a recess appointment months ago when he had the chance.

“According to the Washington Post, he has the power to do this since Congress has refused to vote, and apparently that can be considered a waiver of its rights to advise and consent,” she said.
