Mr. Trump's Great America

We've turned back time fifty years thanks to Trump.

Further then that, Unions and taxes on the wealthy were light years ahead fifty years ago.

Racism and hate just became mainstream it seems again.

I needed to remind family members this week after a long tirade on immigrants. That our Grandparents were illegal and Mom would be considered an anchor baby. Response, but that was Canada!

Yes, yes.... You are right.

A German political columnist said recently that Trump is dreaming of the social/political conditions of the 50s.

Another more hopeful assessment.

I read somewhere where somebody interviewed a bunch of Trump supporters of various ages and asked them specifically what years were being referred to in Trump's motto of "Make America Great Again." Interestingly, the most common answer was back to a time when the respondent was 6-7 years old. This represents a time when they were carefree children with no responsibility, job, or knowledge of world affairs with parents who would take care of their every need.

I guess I wouldn't mind being 7 years old again, but don't really think that Trump has a time machine that could help me.;)

An election based totally on misinformation and blatant lies. I've been listening to interviews with Trumpkins regurgitating utter nonsense that won't pass fact checking.

I think what disgusts me the most is we're just now cleaning up the mess from the last republican...well the wars are still draining our coffers dry but the economy is on the mend, and here we go again. When are we going to realize that like many things already illegal, republicans are terribly bad for the country, they cost the economy trillions, and they need to be outlawed, imprisoned in their own for profit prisons even. They aren't a political party, they are a domestic terrorist group.

Trump nontheless presents as the Big Wonderful Daddy of our nation, who will solve everyone's problems for them. How? He just will--that's what daddies do.
