An Associated Press review of the official calendar Hillary Clinton kept as secretary of state identified at least 75 meetings with longtime political donors, Clinton Foundation contributors and corporate and other outside interests that were not recorded or omitted the names of those she met.


In one key omission, Clinton's State Department calendar dropped the identities of a dozen major Wall Street and business leaders who met with her during a private breakfast discussion at the New York Stock Exchange in September 2009, The meeting occurred minutes before Clinton appeared in public at the exchange to ring the market's ceremonial opening bell.

Why go through so much trouble, and do it in such a ham-handed manner, to hide what we already know? That Hillary is good friends with Wall Street, Banking and other big business deep pocket types is no secret. This has to be about more than keeping up appearances for those on her left flank.

Hmmmm.... Wonder how many of those meetings - which apparently occurred "on company time and on on company premises" - were about fund - raising?

Last I checked she didn't put lead in a city's water supply.

The list of things she didn't do is as long as you care to make it but the list of things she did do is long enough to give anyone pause.

Do you ever think that normal people work on Wall Street too? I mean their might be an HR guy like you in the basement making 80k a year and barely getting by in highly expensive NYC?

None of those. And the ones she's guilty of have been adequately discussed here. I don't see the need to rehash any of them.

And here's the thing..... You can find a skeleton in anyone's closet if you look hard enough. And we all know there are those that look as hard as they can to find something on Hilary.

I just think that as politically savvy as she is, and knowing that she would be running for president, she would have gone out of her way to cross all of her T's and dot all her I's.

Her opponents have been looking for years to pin a scandal on her and haven't really come up with anything.

Have it your way, Robbin. The list wouldn't include anything you haven't heard already so listing them all over again wouldn't make a dent in your armor.

Yep, what I find disturbing this time is that many on the left are buying into so many of these rightwing tropes.
