There goes whatever particle of dignity the 'pubs may have been able to salvage from their Klown Kar ticket. How can one follow up the village idiot of Wall Street.

Due to a lack of a realistic competent candidate, the Republicans become more and more a bunch of neurotics.

As far as candidates for the Republican nomination go, I'd rank him about average.

Not me! Now, admittedly, I think they're all idiots, every last one of them but, with the possible exception of Uncle Ben, Trump is probably the biggest idiot of the twelve.

Now, if the Grizzly Mom throws her panties in the ring, that will take the idiocy level in the Klown Kar right off the scale.

That might make Jon Stewart think twice about stepping down.

I think a big reason why Stewart is stepping down is that it's becoming harder and harder for him to be funny about all this crap. The possibility that Trump's candidacy might actually be taken seriously could make it even harder for him.

I'll make the popcorn if you guys bring the suds. The republican primaries ought to be great entertainment!!

But the debates will be the gold.

Honestly I could not bear to watch them on stage and repeat the same talking points over and over. The bashing's are not even very creative, very tiring.

donquixote99 06-16-2015 03:42 PM

I'm sorry, but bunches of guys trying to look good by spinning up lies and throwing them at each other is not entertaining for me. I can't watch that stuff.

Pio1980 06-16-2015 03:48 PM

I could watch them give each other swirlies, hopefully drowning.

Which is why we need SP to jump into the fray and keep us all entertained.

I'd rather watch paint dry.

donquixote99 06-16-2015 04:27 PM

SP would surely be good for ratings. But she lowers the IQ of everyone in the room--remember what she did to McCain? And several of these guys couldn't compensate....

I rate them all at Zero.

So Trump's Zero makes him average.

bobabode 06-16-2015 07:54 PM

I can't wait for Trump to start in on the rest of the Repub Clown Car. :D

HarmanKardon 06-17-2015 07:09 AM

Mr. Trump must have held a great speech. Vote for him, our world needs a joker like him! Fantastic idea to build up a wall on the Mexican border in order to protect the good United States of America of the Mexican parasites.

But the best thing was the remark of a journalist: "Mr. Trump, you are not a nice person." :D

donquixote99 06-17-2015 09:06 AM

He's also the total example of a vanity candidate. He's going to get nothing out of this--except the attention.

bobabode 06-17-2015 11:35 PM

Poor Jeb! The 'S.S. Donald' just stole the wind outta Johnny boy's sails, leaving him becalmed.

Elect Trump and he will need to build a wall at both borders just to keep Americans in.

I don't think Jeb stands a chance against Trump.

He's a Palin, someone everyone what to watch and hear BUT he's not a dumb ass. People laugh with him not at him.

NFW. Once he has to open up his personal finances to the FEC, he'll drop out. This is all about publicity.

Of course but I wonder if his ego will cause him to misstep and forget to drop out?

Did you see how he had his accountants doubled his self worth earlier in the week?

Keep in mind, ego's as grandiose as his can make one respond in unexpected ways.

This is more than an ego trip. Trump is voicing what the others feel but are afraid to say.

He is an outlet for their angst.

donquixote99 06-18-2015 08:00 AM

So it's an ego trip from a good salesman who knows how to stroke his audience. Big whoop.

Is his dialog going to affect the way other candidates run their campaigns? If so, how?

Except most politicians are it in to win, not as a hobby.

I'm not so sure about that. 😉

Rajoo 06-18-2015 10:46 AM

He is having the desired :) and undesired effect.

Donald Trump is dominating Google search

Pio1980 06-18-2015 10:53 AM

So, he's reminded everyone yet again that he is an arrogant wealthy ass.
