Looks like the nail salons will benefit from this campaign. 😀

I'm all for him doing whatever the hell he wants. OTOH, I'm about as interested in his exploits as I am in the Kardashian hussies.

He soon will be a "Kardashian hussy".:)

lol :D

you have got to hand it to the mom, some how she marketed a family of brats into a big business

I'll further never understand how such ordinary, favoring unattractive, girls have been marketed as beautiful. It's just so easy to manipulate the masses through TV I suppose. Look at FOX.

The younger girls are physically attractive (Jenner girls) but never even finished high school which, to me at least, makes them unattractive.

Looks like an opportunity for folks who always wanted to paint their nails to do it.

Not that there is anything wrong with that. :D

I couldn't care less what Jenner does with his life. That's his business.

But, NO, I will NOT be painting my nails.

And, out here on the Left Coast, someone transitioning doesn't merit 24/7 news coverage. I can't help thinking this is mostly yob candy to give "The Kardashians" a ratings bump.

We watched the entire interview with Diane Sawyer. I have to say that I've found most transgendered people that I've met casually, professionally, or seen in the media, to generate considerably more compassion for their situation than Bruce Jenner.

Lots of people seem to think he's a very sympathetic character, he did not come across that way to me. Many are dirt poor and have experienced forced estrangement at the hands of family and friends. It's an impossible situation and Bruce Jenner has financial and other advantages that most transgendered persons can't imagine.

Quote:

This finding raises a difference between Jenner and the transgender and gender non-conforming population covered in the survey: his wealth and status as a former Olympic athlete and more recently as a star on E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Unemployment among survey respondents was twice as high as the national average, and survey respondents were much more likely to be living in poverty and much less likely to have a household income of more than $100,000 per year than the average American.

Jenner also discussed the difficulty of sharing his gender identity with his family, many of whom appeared in the interview to express their support. That support is important for people who come out as transgender. According to the report, 57 percent of those surveyed experienced family rejection, which was highly correlated with other negative outcomes. Those who experienced family rejection were almost twice as likely to have attempted suicide and three times as likely to experience homelessness.
