I liked the old Twin Towers much more than the new One World Trade Center.

On 9/11 Bin Laden successfully suckered us into never ending war in the Middle East.

Add to that all the time, effort and hundreds of billions of dollars that we have pissed away on Homeland Security bullshit since then.

That's another bottomless money pit.

And Bin Laden's 9/11 budget was what?

A couple of hundred thousand?

Did they lose their lives totally in vain? It is a horrible toll of lives but I am convinced that - also in all forthcoming cases - the Evil will never be victorious.

I prefer the twin towers too and think the spire is a teenie bit of, ahem, exaggeration :)

That said it's a very good looking building. The 9-11 museum is supposed to be amazing too. I may actually visit NYC to see it.
