As the natural resources of a country belong to all the people of that country, the bulk of proceeds from the sale of that resource should go to helping the people of that country....rather than one persons multi billions dollars pocketbook.

The international markets are what they are. The point is that Evo has done something that few leaders in the western hemisphere have taken the risk to do. He's attempted, with considerable success to structure an economic system considerably more fair to the working poor. And it's had a positive effect on the economy of Bolivia and poverty in Bolivia.

My six weeks in Air Farce basic at Lackland was a cakewalk physically, the bad part was all the mind fucks they kept playing on us.

Like the fucking laundry tag game.

Yeah, we actually got our uniforms cleaned and pressed at the base laundry.

And the people at the laundry would hide these little squares of cardboard called laundry tags in your uniform pockets.

So you'd have to go through all your pockets and get them out before you put your uniforms in your locker because if the TI's found a laundry tag in one of your pockets you would be in deep shit.

But what would happen is that when we were out of the barracks the TI's would go in and stuff some poor schmucks pockets full of laundry tags. They wouldn't put in just one or two. They would stuff about a hundred of them in there so that the schmuck would know he was being fucked with. Then when you would get back they would have a surprise inspection, and the poor schmuck who had the laundry tags planted in his locker would get screamed at, all his shit would get torn out of his locker and thrown out all over the barracks and he would lose whatever liberty he might have coming. And heaven help him if he tried to claim that they had been planted there. This was just one of the mind fuck games they would play on us.
