Inequality for All (2013)
A documentary that follows former U.S. Labor Secretary Robert Reich as he looks to raise awareness of the country’s widening economic gap.
This is a very good documentary. http://ffilms.org/inequality-for-all-2013/ |
He was probably the last Labor Secretary, all the rest (That's you chao) are Management Secretaries

Nice!
I have seen it before but it is worthy of a revisit, it is great that it is out there for free public viewing for those who haven't. Carl |
An important analysis. Must-see for all!

Robert Reich is a hack that thinks he's an economist...

The wonderful hacks background!
Reich was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the son of Mildred Dorf (née Freshman) and Edwin Saul Reich, who owned a women's clothing store.[9] As a child, Reich was bullied, and sought out the protection of older boys; one of them was Michael Schwerner, who would be murdered by the Ku Klux Klan in 1964 for registration of African-American voters. Reich cites this event as an inspiration to "fight the bullies, to protect the powerless, to make sure that the people without a voice have a voice.

One other thing:
He attended Dartmouth College, graduating with an A.B. summa cum laude in 1968 and winning a Rhodes Scholarship to study Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford |

"$30 an hour for a mechanic, that's just bullshit." As I strolled past him, I remarked, "Really, that much? Huh, I wonder if their hiring?" Turns out they were. I've been working there since 2003.:) Some people are so f**ked up that if you hear them complaining about something, go check it out. It's probably a pretty good deal.;) Thanks, Dan. Looks like Reich speaks the truth. Dave |
He probably was complaining that they were paying too much.
