Way to go Obama

You will have the death of children on your hands.

Border Patrol officials have said they will look into the allegations. Cabrera said agents are also concerned about unsanitary conditions, such as the practice of quarantining sick immigrants behind a piece of yellow tape, strung across the room, that does little to protect agents or fellow migrants.

Cleaning crews wipe the holding areas down regularly, but agents still fear contagious diseases, Cabrera said. "It's not just the disease issues, but the sheer amount of filth that's floating through the air."

President Obama has directed federal agencies to address the widening crisis in the Rio Grande Valley, with new stopgap measures announced almost daily. Yet another temporary detention center is scheduled to open in McAllen, Texas, in a 55,000-square-foot warehouse, Cabrera said.

In Arizona, state officials have rushed provisions, such as vaccines and other medical supplies, to a federal holding facility in Nogales that is being used to hold children who were caught crossing unaccompanied into the Rio Grande Valley.

Elsewhere on Fox News, Republicans stated that they are shocked to learn that over 50,000 picnics were spoiled today by a line of thundershowers moving across the midwest. "This points to abject failure on the part of the President, a spokesman stated!

Anything and everything to be laid at this president's door, no matter how tenuous the connection. You 'baggers are sure getting desperate these days. Show some proof that Obama had anything to do with bringing these kids here.

The faux outrage is getting a little tiresome, isn't it? :(

Spain's World Cup reign ended by 2-0 loss to Chile

Did Obama have a hand in this? "We report, you decide".

The pup pooped on the carpet...again....

Dog blame...always the dog blame.

And the silence from 5 below and his acolytes...was deafening.

The President has failed to put pressure on the Central American Governments.

The aid and transportation of thousands of children to the US border, which has been occurring for several years now, is obviously a huge criminal enterprise.

The Central American Govts have turned a blind eye. Probably because some of their functionaries profit from it and these countries, especially El Salvador, finds an escape valve for some of their most vicious gang bangers.

I wonder how much good we could do here with the 30 billion dollars the teabaggerz cost the USA by trying to shut down the government?

I know...let's have the CIA go back into the Central American right-wing junta government takeover business. We'll have all the influence we want. All we have to do is look the other way whenever the next couple dozen Catholic nuns are found raped, murdered and dumped in a shallow grave.

Bring back Cordova, Somoza, Rios Montt, Noriega, and in El Salvador we'll resurrect the ghosts of Alfredo Cristiani and his boss, the guy who was actually in charge in El Salvador, the CIA trained, charming and delightful, Roberto "Blowtorch Bob" D'Aubuisson. No more problems with those unresponsive Central American governments, eh?

This is way over the top to cloud the President's lack of pressure.

No, it's history.

History yes, but not one which is needed here by this Govt to press Central
American govt on the particular problem.

Bilateral effort to investigate who are the people involve in this wholesale
human trafficking?

How the systems operates and how can we break it?

Or probably the President is not concerned, since he sees it as augmenting his base. One cannot help but be cynical at this point.

What makes you think that the president is encouraging this? Lack of evidence isn't evidence of something.

Who's going to put through the spending authorization and funding bill?

Lots of "should be doing" going on considering all the screaming we hear about deficits and spending.

Here's what I say. Neither this president, nor any future president, nor anybody else in this country is in any position to crab about what goes on in Central or South America after the murder and mayhem the CIA generated in Central and South America between the end of WWII and the end of the cold war. Much less pressure or intervene in any way in the affairs of sovereign nations in Central and South America. We're still paying for it in Central America. We're still paying for it for our arrogance in Iran in the 1050's and 1960's. We're still paying for our arrogance in Iraq in the 1980's. We already paid through the nose for our arrogance in Vietnam in the 1950's when Ho Chi Minh came to this country for help and we hung him and the Vietminh out to dry and twist in the wind in favor of the French rubber plantation barons. We're paying for it all over the world.

Way over the top, my ass.

This sort of thing is so childish and ridiculous. But, then, look who posted this thread.

One thing Reverend Wright had spot on; Americas chickens will come home to roost. No matter who you vote for, eventually, all of the things we have done to ensure and promote our own wealth and dominance at the expense of others WILL come back to haunt us. You cannot keep an elephant hidden behind a toothpick forever.

It's a Central American conspiracy threatening our National Security.
Where are those Bundy Militia's when we need them?
