Just caught a clip of Gavin depantsing Hannity's blather on Pox news.

I saw that. It was like (Hannity) bringing a slingshot to a gunfight. I wouldn't be surprised if he's having nightmares about that.

It's pretty easy to see, when Newsom provides info on the economic comparisons between red and blue parts of the country and says something like, "it's Mississippi, Alabama, the states you hold up as success stories"...Hannity says "those aren't my states, I live in New York."

It's so nice for it to be so easy to observe what an asshole wanker, Hannity is.

Debating these motherfuckers on TV is like us debating whell and zero in this joint.

Kamala Harris will be a shoo in to win CA governorship. If she continues as VP to President Biden for another term, no way in hell she wins POTUS in 2028. I will bet a proverbial Million dollars on it. Too weak and too much baggage.

A Biden/Newsom ticket offers a continuity for Democrats addressing the office of POTUS. If not, see above.

Newsom is term limited and chances are he will run for POTUS in 2028. Why not help him along.

I don't think an all white-boy ticket is going to make it with the increasingly plural nature of American liberalism. Replacing a sitting VP woman of color with a white guy in 2024 is a big mistake.

His hope, along with that of many others since Nixon, was that opening the door to China and expanding their industrial output akin to Japan and Germany after WWII, would hasten their evolution towards a more democratic system while opening their markets to our products. AFAIK, Bill and Chelsea Clinton did not have manufacturing arrangements with China like Trump or Ivanka did.

Assume you are alluding to Bill and Hillary Clinton, need some proof to show what they grifted.

Did the Clinton's own golf courses? Hotels? Resorts? Had their daughter and son-in-law profit from their four years at the WH doing nothing?

Trump made $1.6 Billion in outside income in the four years he infested the WH.
Did he ever pay more than $750 in taxes? Not that I recall.
So what happened to this money and where did this come from.

A lot of it came from people currying favors by staying at his DC Hotel.
A lot more money from the government for his security detail having to stay at his resorts and paying sky high prices.

On a more pleasant note, he did sell his DC hotel after his term in a fire sale, nothing unusual for one his businesses.
