I just returned from walking the dog, when my wife told me "He's been indicted!". Happy dance. :D

Watching baseball on Opening Day. The Trump indictment is even better news than the start of baseball season.

Not very ecstatic, this is a weak case imo but will open the door for other indictments. Think Ms. Willis will be handing one out very soon and that I believe is a strong case.

Was messing with a Pioneer receiver I was running through the paces. Having a second adult beverage. Grandson were over and having a very nice day. Sunny clear blue skies in the high sixties.

Listening to some Black Sabbath on tube gear and JBL L100's. Thinking life was good!

Wife called from the other room. Yes tech is nice! (Music was on)
Said, "turn on the TV you gotta see this!"

It may indeed be a weak case (with 34 counts tho') but one never starts a fine dining experience with the main course. You always start with the appetizer first. Thanks for the tip on the bubbly.

Not being a spoiler here, but I would not be surprised if this case was thrown out. But Trump getting booked in Manhattan in front of NY media with the Trump hatred in full display would be well worth it. Trump's approval rating in NY must under 1% and they absolutely hate him.

This may well be an example of "it's not the crime but the coverup" steps taken to effect the case may well be the charges that matter the most.

Intimidating threatening tampering all very evident so far.

Thanks Barney, I had not considered this, only the underlying case of hush money payment to SD. Will wait to see all the charges and now you have made my morning so much brighter. :D
