I am one who loves conspiracy theories. Here is one I had several months ago. If Tump starts losing the race, if he looks like he is going to lose, he will get covid and then resign after helath issues. He therefore did not lose the race. Also, that would likely put Pence as the republican candidate, the candidate who has the most experience with handling covid. Pence would be a tremendously strong candidate against Biden. He might even be able to win the election. I felt this might come as pressure forn the GOP.

Maybe I should have some coffee first, before I speak and, and more importantly, before I think.

I think Pence's involvement with Covid could win him a lot of points with the republican base. Given that, and the amount of disgust in trump right now, I feel he would get more support than cheeto head.
