Company to Bike Rider: You're Fired!
 

Juli Briskman has now been fired for her spontanious speech expression that became a viral photograph. After she included the photo on her Facebook page, the company took immediate action, citing the following policy from the employee handbook:

Two points: should the post have been 'covered social media activity,' considering that neither the photo nor her facebook page linked her to her employeer, AKIMA LLC?

And second, why wasn't another executive fired a few months ago for saying to another employee, on an account that did identify him with the company, "You're a (expletive) Libtard a------"?

Conservative male not fired, liberal female fired. Got it.

That government contractor is afraid of the wrath of the vindictive Tweeter-in-Chief.

I read about this earlier in the day and she may have a very good case on hand.
On hindsight, she probably should not have identified herself to her employer voluntarily.
"Fuck them if they can't take a joke" I say and hope she wins in court.

I'm very familiar with this company, and unfortunately they probably did this woman a favor.
The place is full of people just as stupid as she is.
It's just another unethical Alaska native corp sucking money out of the set aside gov contracts they are handed.
Hopefully Trump will get around to taking apart this rigged game too, and save us all more tax dollars.

Trump's busy saving tax dollars for himself and his 1% cronies. Anyone who, at this point, STILL believes Trump is going to do anything for the little guy us a victim of his con.

If this even bothers Trump remotely, the only thing he needs to know is who to blame this one on. Obama or Hillary?

And now the sheriff of this town wants to bring Disorderly Charges against the driver. The sheriff is also contemplating a run for congress. What a party pooper. As usual, stuff like this only happens in Texas or Florida.

You know, I think the sheriff has a point. I don't think he has a case, but he has a point. There's such a thing as being too provocative. Bad results typically outweigh good.

Once entered a home where everyone was dropping the F bomb...from grandpa to great grand son.

He is using his private space, speaking his mind and exercising free speech. So unless Texas has laws against profanity in public places, I consider him a brave person and to be commended like the lady cyclist. Extra credit since it is in Texas.

Not that I would ever display a bumper sticker that is profane, but that is my choice. But I do if motivated flip my finger at drivers camping out on the left lane doing 55. :)

If you give the finger to another driver, they probably won't pick up a gun and start shooting at you. But you never know....

I was exaggerating but there are times I do and times wish I can do. I am always running late (DNA), heavy traffic and wonder why pickups and Prius drivers insist on camping out in the left lane at 55 mph. If I do flip the bird, it's only after a good look and careful consideration of the Prius drivers only. These Prius drivers have HOV stickers and truly believe that the left lane belongs to them.
Pickups, I simply ignore them, they could be dangerous. I simply get around them.

Yes.

I will run into the Great Pumpkin before Trump does anything for the "regular people" who voted for him.

And I will take that as a well deserved complement. :D
