Two masks, one face

This article sums it up quite nicely IMO.

But there is only a single face behind both masks: the face of raw corporatism, greed and yearning for power and empire.

I guess your assertion may be true when your standard of comparison for good governance is Fidel Castro. Otherwise, it's BS.

Both political parties report to the same paymaster(s), so it is one party with two faces.
And there is no shortage of contradictions or hypocrisy in humans.
Problem here may not be what is being said, but as to who is saying it or how it's being said. :)

Trump has rid the Repubs of the Bushes who represented a corporate faction which had some issues with Soros.

Trump has given Soros boy Mnuchin a big seat at the table.

Soros now straddles both party.
